Don't worrie I had braces for 4 years. Your teeth are fine. What they are doing is they are gradually changing the position of your teeth. First they have to put them into position. Sometime your catch a break and they have to do one or two teeth first so that when they do "The Big Crunch" everything falls into place. Enjoy the non-pain days. Once they tighten them to get them moving, its al she wrote.

Often times people get a toothache after receiving braces. It may not be because the braces are scraping the gums but it could be because the teeth are not used to them being there. Or you may have had or still have a cavity on that tooth and the metal makes that tooth hurt. Eventually the pain will go away...but you may drink something like Ibuprofen or other pain killers. :) hope I helped!

Relax, its perfectly fine! It may mean that the tooth that feels all the pain is getting all the “pressure” from the wire. It may be a few degrees more “out” than the rest, and as such gets a bit more of the treatment. A bit like the squeaky wheel getting the grease.
This will normalize itself in no time, but you may have similar experiences down the
line.
Nothing to worry about.

You should check with your dentist, when you identify which tooth it is to him/her they will be able to answer your question. That particular tooth may have been manipulated more or differently then the others. They will also be able to recommend a pain reliever for you.
