I GET 9 HOURS OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT OR IF I'M TALKING ON THE PHONE OR WATCHING TV ALL NIGHT I GET 7 HOURS.
THE NEXT DAY I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE **** THE NEXT DAY NO MATTER HOW MANY HOURS I GET.

My thought is that every person is different. Personally I found that my sleep cycle is about 4.5 hours. So if i get 4 1/2 hours I feel great ...same if it is doubled to nine and so on and so forth. If I wake in only 4 or 8 hours I find that I am still in deep stages of sleep and am tired throughout the day. You need to experiment and find out how long your cycle is. Then stick to it and avoid the snooze button.

I used to sleep at 10-11PM until 7AM so about 9-8 hours and I always felt drowsy. Now I ususally take a 4-5 hour nap after I come home from school and sleep around 2AM...works out better and feel more energized but definitly need to break habit of napping.

Most of the time 5-6 and that is not enough. I'm still tired. On the weekends I can accidently sleep for like 14 and I get sick and feel tired.

Six and a half to seven hours and I'm fine.
If I'm away on some mad adventure somewhere (exploring places) then I'm fine with four or five hours but really tired when I get back home.
