I know they make buckwheat flour for pancakes, would that work to replace the flour?...not sure if you can get buckwheat in the same form of oats or not

someone just said oats are gluten free , but according to this link , most of them cannot be guaranteed to be gluten free, except supposedly for this one...

When they are growing in the field, oats do not contain gluten. The problem is that most oat processing factories also process other gluten-containing grains, and oats get contaminated. Oats labeled "gluten free" will have been processed in a gluten free facility.

I have been told and tried using an equal amount of plain corn flakes crumbled. It did work out okay but wasn't the best. I know gluten free is annoying (have celiac disease).
Also:
One cup wheat flour:
-Wheat-free Alternatives Containing Gluten:
1 cup spelt flour (high gluten)
7/8 cup kamut flour (high gluten)
3/4 cup oat flour (low gluten)
7/8 cup rye or triticale flour (low gluten)
3/4 cup barley flour (moderate gluten)
-Gluten-Free Flour Alternatives
7/8 cup buckwheat or amaranth flour
3/4 cup rice, soy, millet or bean flour
5/8 cup potato flour
7/8 cup corn or quinoa flour
1/2 cup ground nuts or seeds

Wheat, barley & rye have gluten.

Oats do not.

Use rice flour or grind up some oats to replace the flour in the crisp recipe.

OR this:

Bette Hagman's GF flour mix:

2 parts white rice flour
2/3 part potato starch flour
1/3 part tapioca flour and a teaspoon of xanthan gum
