Everything from above.....and

*brake fluid

My car didn't pass because it wasn't at max level.....I had 15 days to get it "fixed" so I wouldn't have to pay for the re-inspection.Filled it with brake fluid and passed the same day.

What the prior answerer stated....basically, they want to know your tailights aren't busted, your horn works properly as your windshield wipers and headlights. All these things have to be in working order for your vehicle to be "street legal."
