From wikipedia:

The Arabic letters of the opening phrase of the Qur'an (the Bismillah phrase Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim "In the name of God, the Compassionate and Merciful") sum to the numerical value 786 in the system of Abjad numerals. Not all Muslims place emphasis on this numerological analysis, but some Muslims in South Asia use the number 786 as an Islamic symbol, and some Muslim scholars and groups (such as the "Qur'an-only" Submitters) consider it to be religiously significant.

I agree with the anonymous responder, there is an understanding that these represent Bismillah but it not a hard and fast religious thing. Bismillah Hir Ruhman Nir Rahim (In the name of Allah the most benificient the most merciful) is something we say before starting everything, peace

In Arabic it is written for "Bismillah al rehman al reheem" and the translation is " In the name of Allah the beneficial, the merciful", and Numerical sum is 786, and sometimes written as 786 instead of the whole phrase. !! I don't knwo how it makes, but there are some numbers for some word in arabic, as 3 stands for 'A' or 'E' , somthing like that but i have seen its use in books and even offcial papers !

Nothing that I know of.

Abjad sequences are not religious beliefs. They are numerological and has nothing to do with the religion.

People should be advised to protect against such superstitious beliefs as numbers are neutral like more things are in Islam.
