i'm a virgin and totally plan on staying this way 'till marriage, but i'm highly aware my hymen needs to be stretched or my wedding night theres gonna be a lot of pain, if i do 'excerises' to stretch it ... as long as im not technically masterbating is it a sin?

and on another note -- what can i really do TO stretch it?

I've never heard of hymen stretching activities. The hymen is a very, very thin piece of tissue and if you try to stretch it you will break it.

As for your wedding night, if everything is done well there won't be any pain. There will be a slight pressure and that is all. Don't sweat it. You are doing the right thing by waiting, and your husband will be VERY thankful for it.

As for masturbation and touching yourself being a sin, they are not the same thing. Adult women are advised to give themselves monthly breast exams to check for breast cancer. As long as the touch does not result in sexual stimulation, it's not masturbation.
