Sounds nasty. See if you can start in Safe Mode (keep hitting F8 on boot up).
If you can, try running all your virus scanners from there (I hope you have some).
Otheriwse, try a system restore whilst in Safe Mode, to a time before this all happened. Click on start, all programmes, accessories, system tools, system restore.

You are not giving much info to go on.
First off.. if you need access to your start button, just press Ctrl and Esc.
You need to get the virus off. There are many free online virus scans available. TrendMicro has one called housecall. Free.
You may also create another profile.

I would suggest saving anything that you need to on a cd, checking that cd to make sure its not infected with an antivirus and then reformatting your hdd and reinstalling everything. its pretty easy and well worth the time.

have you try system restore point .. click on start .. Accessories.. system tools ..system restore then go back 2 days then click up computer with your antivirus // antispyware
