ask her to just hang out, no labels or strings attached, doing something fun/laid back like watching a movie or bowling or something

Talk to the girl about what the rules on dating are in her house. Maybe you can appeal to her parents to see her at her house under thier supervision or work it out so her parents are comfortable with what is going on. If she is not allowed to date you may just have to settle for being freinds until the rules change.

You don't!! By asking her out after she told you she wasn't allowed to date yet not only disrespects her, it disrespects her parents. You are showing her that you don't care about her parents or her rules.

u uhhhhhhh dont. not a good way to start off with the parents, by not respecting their rules. if shes worth it then just wait it out.
