i took a multi vitamin this morning...?

and i have this HORRIBLE taste in my mouth... oh man!!! i also took asodolalis, vitamnin E and b. this is my 2nd day taking them. is it a good thing for this horrible taste is it killing all the bad crap in my system, or is it just bad luck that this taste is in my mouth

R U taking them with food? Strong vitamins always leave a bad after taste 7 U can burp during the day & taste them too. Rest easy it's not U everyone taste the same thing. Hope this gives U something 2 think about.
