The camera was bought from a pawn shop without the cd. Can I find a store that sells the disk?

If you are using Win XP, then there is no need for a CD....because the PC will automatically recognise the camera when you plug it in via the USB cable...or card reader.

buy a card reader, then you can stick the SD card in it, to transfer your pics and videos. no need to connect the camera to the pc.
even then im sure windows can handle file transfer without extra software

you should be able to download driver from samsung website.
