why is it that a grown married man with a wife and children wont stand up to his mom, but yet a women that is married and has kids will? why will men stand up for their selves to there wife but not there precious mommies!!! ha ha

infact, i went 2 years with-out talking to my mom because i stood up for my husband and she didnt agree.

WHAT A LONG STORY!!! AND I MARRIED 2 MAMMAS BOYS!!! Where to even start?? Both different in some ways. There are sooooo many reasons why, I could try but not here. Moms are there, fathers normally aren't. That is why dads are so precious. moms are worth crap until ..........

I think the answer all depends on how they were raised. My brother is a big momma's boy, and on the other hand, my husband has no problem standing up to his mom. He wasn't close to his mom growing up.

From my experiences, the closer they are when they are being raised, the tougher time they have standing up to their moms.

That's an unfair blanket statement. My mother and I haven't spoken for nearly two years.

I have no need to "stand up" to my mother.

She minds her own business, and doesn't meddle into mine.

She is wise and prudent.

Sounds like someone's a bitter beeyotch! ....lololol....

Brings back fond memories of me telling my mom...."you're a worthless f&ck!!".

Thank God, I chose my wife who is supportive, I could have married a bitter pill like you!
