To me strawberry blond is blonde hair with a hint of auburn in it. It is a lovely colour.

Like other posters said, it's blonde hair that has a reddish tint to it. This is a good picture of someone with strawberry blonde hair (though it can be a little bit redder or blonder, this is the basic idea):

It is blond with a hint of pink or Burgundy to it which gives it the strawberry color
