depends on wether your getting blocked sinusus, or have an infection in your sinusus,if its the odd sinus headache try steaming with a towel over your head with a couple of drops of olbas oil added to the water, then have a lie down for half an hour if possible, is your pain there as soon as you wake? still there when you go to bed? if yes i really feel for you, ive suffered with sinus pain on and off for years,
was recently diagnosed with re-accuring sinus infection, took antibiotics for it that was three months ago and my symptoms have significantly decreased, i would have a trip to the docs for advice, one thing that sounds so obvious but really helps is blowing your nose as often as you can to reduce the build up around the sinusus wich causes the pain, do u get eyeache at night? sit away from t.v, lamps etc, if reading a book or something try to hold it up instead of bending your neck to look down, sounds mad but i allways get eyeache after doin a xword or looking through a catalouge through looking staight down, good luck!

if you want to empty your sinuses, peel two cloves of garlic.
get a box of tissues. stick a clove in each nostril and try to hold them as long as possible. if you can't control the sneezing, stick em back in and do it again. really works.
another very soothing remedy is to place a hot as you can stand washcloth over the painful area.
pinch your eyebrows and as much of the surronding skin with your thumb and index finger and squeeze for ten second intervals.
take an enema or laxative.
drink lots of ftuitjuice diluted with water, unless you're diabetic.

Eucalyptus in its pure form and perhaps caffeine.Excedrin works for me. It is a combination of caffeine, tylenol and asprin.
