fast as in short, or fast as in fast paced?

for fast paced and awesome for fighting try:

Fire Starter, by Prodigy.

Start a War, by Static-X

Hacked To Pieces, by Six Feet Under (this gets the adrenaline going) http://www.yousendit.com/download/YWhPT20zTWNVVGw1VEE9PQ

you can find them on Limewire.

I have many heavy albums with some gold aggression tracks, even if you dont like metal, the impact in a basement fight is awesome.
