All you need is Windows XP on disk. Insert into your CD drive and follow the on screen instructions.

You can set up your computer to have both 2000 and XP or just XP - it's all explained during the installation procedure.

I, myself would not go from W2000kPro to xp home.
Xp Pro yes.
