did you go to www.tylenol.com?

I would go more by weight than by age, honestly.

I have a 2 1/2 year old, 22 lbs. I give her 1 teaspoon of the liquid suspension.

Hope this helps.

My advise not to go for Tylenol dosage. It's accumulated in Bone joints and later your child will complaint about it.See the Toxicology guidelines or side effects of products.

The proper dosage for infant tylenol is on the box. It is also important that you only use the chart on the box and the medicine dropper that comes in their box.

You should call up your pediatrician and have them tell you what dosage to give over the phone...

go with what the packaging says but remember to use the weight of your child as the guide rather than the age. This is what my child's pediatrician has always advised.

You need to use the one on the bottle as not all bottles are the same strength.

Or talk to a pharmacist that is why they are there the whole time drugstores are open.

here's the dosing chart!!

http://www.askdrsears.com/html/8/T089101.asp

Infant drops - 2 droppers (1.6ml)

Children's drops-1 teaspoon 5ml

Children's soft chews 80mg each - 2 chews

Junior strength Caps or chews 160mg each - 1 cap or chew

Your daughter is at the age/weight where she can take either infant or children's, be sure you don't under dose or overdose.

Tylenol.com has a dosing chart on their website. It is their medicine so they should be accurate.

IF IT IS INFANT TYLENOL THEN GIVE TWO DROPPERS UP TO THE TOP LINE FOR THAT WEIGHT. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE NUMBER IS.
MY DAUGHTER IS 18MONTHS OLD AND 25 LBS. AND THIS IS WHAT HER PED HAS ME GIVE HER.
