I would suggest joycemeyer.org. She wrote a wonderful book called "Battlefield of The Mind". An email to her would probably be well received and very helpful. Good Luck and God Bless.

You do not need a website to overcome homosexuality. Being homosexual is not a sin, it is a condition. The practice of homosexuality is a sin. If you are practicing homosexuality, it is the same as fornication and according to Galatians 5:19, you must turn away from it. If you are not practicing then you must realize the truth. You may be attracted to the same sex but you shouldnt give in to that attraction. There are a great deal of different types of people in the world and there is someone out there of the opposite sex that you are compatible with. Dont focus so much on sex.
But if you do want a website to go to that has Good Christian Advice, try http://www.watchtower.org/

Let's all overcome homosexuality, heterosexuality and all sorts of sexuality. If God wants us to be asexual and pure, let's suppress all of our human desires and live a clean life for him. We should all have a reverend by our side at all times because of course without the church we can't overcome our sexuality or our desires. Let's change everything we can to become enlightened perfect spirtual beings who look down on anything foreign to us, just because we read it from a single book where people killed each other more than they would take showers. What's the worst that could happen? Let's just not be surprised when people turn out to be REAL pervs once they deprive themselves of normal desires.

Check out www.family.org. This was started by James Dobson, who has a daily radio show and is a wonderful person I admire greatly. Anyway, Focus on The Family holds "Love Won Out" Conferences which deals with this subject. I've heard great things about it. Should there not be a link through the website mentioned, you can contact them through their website. There is always a helpful and kind person on the other end. Best wishes.

Actually here is the website: http://www.lovewonout.com/

I do not know of any such sites but, I do feel the anguish and sense of guilt this may cause you and I have the deepest sympathy for you. Religion deals mainly in terms of sin, with heavy moralization and culpability and you do not need that. You need a solution, so have you tried to consult a psychiatrist, this may help greatly ?

Insanity, or madness, is a general term for a semi-permanent, severe mental disorder. The concept has been used in a number of ways historically. Today it is most commonly encountered as a generic informal term, or in the more narrow legal context of criminal insanity. In the medical profession, it is nowadays avoided in favor of specific diagnoses of mental illness.
