It's not normal- so with that understanding, that means something abnormal is happening in your head to cause these headaches daily. It could be a lot of things- it's winter where I live- dry air can cause sinus headaches every day, hormone imbalances can cause migraines everyday, any type of medication you are on can cause a headache, and if you have neck problems, the way you sleep can cause headaches, but the usual diagnosis is eye strain- and if you work on computers and you haven't had your eyes checked lately, you can be having eye strain and need glasses----all are reasons to see your family doctor for an exam.......good luck to you............

It depends on the cause (ie: sinus infection, allergies, tension, high blood pressure, etc.) and the severity of it. Also, how long have you had it? Either way, let doc do a physical if it continues to be safe.

It's not good. It could be from something simple as a vertebrae being out of place, or serious enough to be a brain tumor. Get it checked.

Depends what is causing it....I can have one every day if I don't wear my glasses while doing this,,,,or are you stressed? Many reasons why, but maybe check with your doctor

Not only bad but highly unusual. And I bet you have no physical abnormalities, either.

It's probably related to your diet. Do you eat a lot of sugar?
