Well.. It's sounds a bit like flu symptoms. Are the "shakes" the chills? That sounds like she has had a drop in her blood pressure. So far as low blood sugar goes, i'm not certain, but I don't believe it would last for 4 days consistently.

Here is a good site to check..

In my opinion, you should contact a doctor, soon. It's better to be safe.. She could have a pre-existing medical condition that she isn't even aware of!

Had the same in South East about three weeks' ago. Thought it was all in the mind but turned out to be a virus as three of us had it. As you say nil energy, dozing a lot and headache. Lasted 5-7 days.

Just got over a bad bout of flu with the same symptoms. Took about 10 days before I felt any better. Get well soon.

Could be anxiety or depression. Also could be low iron or blood sugar. If it has been 3-4 days she needs to see a doctor.

If she's not better by the morning have her seen by the doctor , sick people are not able to make proper decisions for themselves ,so make that appointment for her ,it sounds like the flu .

Are you worried she might be pregnant? :) Well i don't know, it could be anything, a virus, depression, migraine also knocks you down. Best bet is for her to have a check-up with her doctor!
