Drink plenty of fluid, eat lightly and rest when you can. In a couple of days it will be on its way anyway...3 days coming, 3 days here, 3 days going is the old saying.

Chicken soup is the best cure for the cold according to many medical studies. I always eat lots of chili peppers when I have a cold because they are so high in vitamin C and the spice clears my congestion up almost immediately...Hope you feel better!!!

I am afraid but a cold is in curable all you can do is treat the symptoms, paracetamol is the usual to keep temperatures down and help with any shivers/shakes/headaches, it will depend on your immune system on how long the cold takes to go. Hope you feel better soon x

Push fluids, rest a lot and take zinc and Vitamin C supplements.
Chicken soup is a soothing decongestant also.

Drink green tea, which has tons of antioxidants. Eat lots of veggies, drink your water, and get lots of sleep. Just time will get rid of it, you don't need any medicine.

Vitamin C. You can take supplements or you can eat more foods that have it. The foods are citrus fruits and broccoli.
