I caught a co-worker looking down the back of my pants today at work, he was acting like he was helping me with something on my computer but I saw him in the reflection of my screen looking down at my butt the whole time. Do all guys try to see girls panties?

I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I will be honest; If presented with a view of something that is attractive to me I will look, and hopefully not stare. It's not about perv'n out but females are some of the most beautiful species on the planet and alot of them have something that deserves a second glance. I hope this helps to some degree.
