I feel like i loose so much energy through out the day so if i can find something that will help in the morning it will keep me going all day long.

stay away from hitting that snooze button in the morning. first off, stretch. i do it every morning, and it feels great! second, take a shower. i take a shower in the dark, so its pretty much an extra 10minutes of sleep. lastly, get a great breakfast. i eat some fruits and a granola bar. exercise is also a great way to start off the day.

Eat a good breakfast, go for a walk, eat a high protein snack between breakfast & lunch. Just take good care of yourself. Exercise gives you energy. After awhile of doing all of these things you will be hiped up to go.

make sure you're eating well and staying hydrated.
if i work out in the morning i am very energized all day. some people feel the opposite - unfortunately that is very trial and error.
when is the last time you had a physical? you might want to have some blood tests done to make sure it's not physical. you could be anemic.

Call someone up who irritates the H out of you and it will be better than coffee to get you going for the day.

Jogging, bycicling, walking, showering, good breakfast (IE lots of fruit, some meat, vegitables, dairy and grain) Aerobic or Anaerobic exersize.

THANK GOD, PRAISE HIM AND ASK FOR HIS GUIDANCE. Then, depending on your constitution, your time available and your mood, have what you consider a good breakfast - anything from freshly squeezed lemon in generous amount of water (depending on taste - rather unsweetened) to a full "English" breakfast.

listen to some upbeat music, like tobymac. or just take a 15 or 20 minute nap sometime during the day, if you can.

Get some exercise and eat breakfast. Exercise by itself will ramp up your metabolism, but eating breakfast after exercise will ramp it up even more.
