Whether it is from the mouth or tear ducts or other place of the body,it is exchanging bodily fluids.
Yes of course.If someone has a cold or the flu or strep or worse you get these that way .
Would you want someone with a disease to spit in your food? No you would not.

most definately! you can catch everything from mono to rabies!

Some can. Things like the common cold, the flu, cold sores (Herpes simplex 1),mono, things like that. Common diseases, generally. Things like HIV and stds, no.
