If it's a girl, try one of those barbie websites, with games in it. It's mostly about fashion and princessy things, but some little girls enjoy it, especially my niece.
To make accessing the pages a lot easier for her, I downloaded mozilla firefox and enabled the bookmark tab so that she can simply click on the images above the address bar and navigate the pages herself!

Nickelodean, Disney, PBS are a few to mention. You can also purchase some PC games for children under the age of 12 years of age which have games, and alot of other cool stuff. Always make sure that you monitor the websites.

I probably would utilize the PC games right now cause the child is only 4 years old and there are alot of crude websites that expose children to unwanted websites that may illegally solicit children.

Please be careful and always monitor the websites and if possible put up some parental blocks for yourself and the 4 year old. You'll feel better and its a safety procedure.

Good luck :)

Why dont you spend time with your 4yr old? That is the greatest enjoyment. Honestly, ask yourself, what were your plans for this child when you found out about the pregnancy? I dont believe a computer website was on your mind. Rather, coloring, painting, singing and cuddling was on top of the list. Do those things that you planned to do with your child. They will not only be fulfilling but you will know you have accomplished something with your kid.

nickjr.com and playhousedisney.com.
My daughter has enjoyed these for years now. I set her up with an account on our family Windows XP machine. She can choose her name from the list, and she has a two letter password. I set her home page in Internet Explorer to playhousedisney.com, and set up shortcuts on her desktop. She'll play for quite a long time, and it has helped her development quite a bit. She picked up on using the trackball very quickly. The only problem is keeping her from printing dozens of coloring pictures. I had to limit her to one black & white picture per day.
