lucky that there aren't any human sized microwaves. Well depends of the body mass but us humans are made mostly of water....*locks himself in titanium cage and swallows key

I was standing in a 40 ft dish antenna and a transmitter got turned on. 6GHZ.at 10,000 watts for about 10 min. I was not near the focal point.
No serious problems it blacked both eyes.

not sure -- humans are mostly water -- probably only a few minutes -- to cook throughly would take a half hour or so ..
