I am using all artificial flower that I have bought on eBay, they end up costing a fraction, they are beautiful, and you can get them a year in advance and do the arrangements / bouquets yourself, so you get exactly what you want. It is a win win.
Good luck with whatever you chose.

What about looking at plants and flowers around your area ? My friend got married last year and she is allergic to most flowers so she got some branches and nice leaves from her local park and gardens and made arrangements with them. They turned out really nice and everyone remembers them !!! Or why don't you just have flowers and put either house plants , false, or even candles around elsewhere ?

get flowers from fortinos or sobeys...and do your own bouquet. i've checked the local florist here and it cost a bomb! i have looked for some websites on how to make wedding hand bouquet and it is pretty simple.
