Well I've never heard of those particular spirits before, but I don't rule out their existence. I'm sure it did freak you out. I used to do experiments much like what you were doing.
I decided to do a test of sorts to see which Gods were real and/or would answer me and which ones if any wanted me to worship them. I had started off with the Christian one of course, then proceeded to the Greek and Roman pantheons, then to the Egyptian, I stopped when I got to the Norse though. Being somewhat naive and mischievous at the time, the first God in the Norse pantheon I decided to pray to was Loki. (Perhaps not the wisest choice.) The Christians like to claim they know their God is real because they can sense his presence...well I bet they never prayed to a God that short circuited all the lights in the house and caused the candles to flame up. (Which the light bulbs were all off by the way, came on and blew out. Yet none of the digital clocks or computers were effected.) Yikes, I guess that's why Loki is associated with fire and electricity. Lol. Needless to say, I'm an Asatruar now.
Added note, I do believe that the other Gods exist, but they didn't seem to interested in me.

If you use mantra as a meditation technique, you will eventually be influenced by something, whether it is a God or you inner voice who knows.
I say follow these deities and if they provide some physical help that is otherwise not explained, let us Agnostics/Atheists know about it. Chances are we will try to find problems with the experience, but that is what responsible critics do.
Good luck, if you are applying the use of drugs with your meditation, then it is really medication and probably not a deity speaking to you.

Yes it was the divine message of a bunch of aliens who are trying to get a hold of a few humans to create some more crazy cults.
Let me guess. You have a very wild imagination?

It could be. Were you at peace when the words came? Did you feel or see Light? Were you absolutely present in the moment? Then I would say it is definately possible you had a mystical experience.

You've butchered the spellings. Plus your info is out of date. Raz is doing tax consultation now.

OK, if you're serious, go ahead and worship. I've never heard of any of those, but they sound like the guardians of the four directions and not like anything sinister.

Ignore it and keep meditating and it will go away. It is an ego delusion, is my advice, however, I could be wrong of course.

It sounds like a close encounter. Are you sure it was God and not an space alien?
