where is the engine block heater plug in a 1991 grand prix ?

The plug will be a standard 110v (3-prong) and right behind the grille, or tucked up into the bottom of the front bumper. But this car originally did not come with a block heater, and why is this ques in GMC instead of Pontiac?

If somebody put a heater in it, it will have a regular 110 volt plug tied up under the hood somewhere probably near engine
