Thats what I call vibing in my opinon. When people lock eyes they are usually feeling each other and their energies usually are harmonizing together and usually a couple might kiss to keep the moment going on. Or something else can happen..depending on the couple. But usually its positive. Couples that hide things from each other and are usually cheating will never usually look in each other eyes and if they do its never for a long time because its just something about looking in someone else's eyes while they are looking in yours, I think the point of it is opening up to each other and its almost as if you are "reading" that person. But yea all of this is just my opinon.
