or hating someone. any hurtful interactions with someone. I can see where it could literally poison a person inside, but is it actually scientifically accurate that toxins can form in our body because of it?

That's almost correct. You don't actually create toxins, but many people do not produce/excrete the appropriate amount of (most importantly) seratonin, epinephrine and norephinephrine. When you are angry, sad, or just plain down, the level of each of these hormones change. High seratonin, for example, is the most popular symptom found in patients with OCD and most forms of depression.

Too much stress can cause not only toxins to form in the body, but also a whole bunch of pyschosomatic symptoms. These can range from simple acne to heart attacks and disease. The best thing to do is to stay away from whomever or whatever is causing this kind of stress, and you can say that by avoidance you are looking after your health.
Its more important to take care of what you do have (such as your healthy body, mind and spirit), than to unsuccessfully try to prove a point or continue to say that you are right. What's more important? Your health or an illusion?

No. But you can harm yourself by holding the anger inside. We all need to learn to LET IT GO.
This is easier said than done. Life is short. What are the odds against you being here at all?
Learn to enjoy life and spread joy wherever you go. Let go of the bad people and things in life.
Find friends who have this same idea, and have a happy life!

man it is possible.. the body is very strange. I remember after breaking up with my son's father If he came anywhere near me.... even if I didnt know he was there, my heart would start racing.
I remember chatting with a friend one day and my heart started racing, and I stopped and said... "I think my ex is here" and not two seconds later he knocked on my door.
After 6 years it doesnt do that anymore, but it was strange. I could never explain it

I doubt it.
Anything physiological that happens would be due to stress from the relationship, like headaches, nausea, etc.
