my mum bought me lots of these drinks coz they were on sale, is it ok to drink 2 a day rather than one??

i know there's no proof they work, there was an offer saying drink one a day for a month and get your money back so i thought may as well! ha

I don't see why not, as long as it only 2 a day and no more. My guess is that if you had more than two you might get a bit of an upset stomach.

Yes it's only yoghurt with a little added fibre
A week of that may make you more regular!

There is no real proof that the so called health drinks actually do anything

I eat Activia natural yoghurt every day to help stop me being bloated. I buy one big tub and it lasts about 4 days. But one day I tried to eat two days worth in one go and had the worst stomach ache ever! I would imagine two of your drinks are ok, but don't have anymore than two per day

yes it certainly wont do you any harm.
For people who say they don't work they saved me from the misery of IBS when absolutely nothing else worked even foul concoctions with aloe vera juice and expensive tablets so they definitely helped me, though I didnt leap around playing volleyball

It wont do you any harm nut my nutritionist told me they are virtually useless
