Chocolate is made from the fruit of the Cacao tree, Theobroma cacoa in the plant family Sterculiaceae.
Cocaine is made from the leaves of the Coca tree, Erythroxylon coca in the plant family Erythroxylaceae.
And of course, the above poster is completely wrong about it being from poppies; that's opium/heroin.

OK - we got this resolved with the correct information about the two different plants and that poppies are not involved.
Did you know that I can legally grow poppies in my yard and cannot grow marijuana ???? Which is more dangerous?
Did you know that both chocolate and cocaine react in exactly the same spot in the brain and so does artificial sweetener - could that be why you love diet drinks and why you crave sugar after drinking diet drinks.
Diet drinks (because of the reaction which makes you crave sugar - and carbs to convert to sugar - actually undermine your diet.
