Only an atheist/evolutionist would believe it was fake, because it doesn't fit into their preconceived notion that dinosaurs died out 65 million years ago, something for which there is no evidence.
They cannot explain cryptozoology, because of this belief. However, cryptozoology is perfectly in harmony with a young earth and the contemporary existence of humans and dinosaurs.

It's a blatant misinterpretation of the image.
The image is the almost extinct Vietnamese Javan Rhinoceros.

If you look closely, the apparent plates are not attached to the rhino as the plates on the surrounding image are. In fact, you can see deep grooves separating the rhino from the shapes. It is simply a geometric space filler.
