i have two parakeets i just got yesterday. one shakes. is she sick?

It very well may be . It could have a cold. I would keep it in a warm cage with a cover over it . I'm not sure what else to tell you except to take it to a vet that specializes in birds.

It is a possibility that it could be sick. Did you take both of them to the vet for a well bird exam? If you didn't, call an Avian Vet and make an appointment for both of them soon.
It also could be scared since it is now in a new cage and new enviornment. Keep them warm and let them relax and get used to their new enviornment. Try giving them millet, that is always a hit. Make sure that they both are eating and drinking. If the shaking continues, then call it an emergency and get it to the vet ASAP.
Whatever you do, DO NOT add anything to the water. It causes bacteria growth.

I believe that your parakeet maybe getting a sicknes i would bye minerals for the food and water and give it to it every week. Plus keep it in a warm and cozy room to keep it warm!
