signs a guy is a "player"?

Question

what are the signs (also the not so obvious ones)? What about the opposite, too -- signs he isn't the player type?

1. He tells you he just can't hold your hand in public, because he feels you are smothering him.


2. He tells you if you ever call him and a girl answers the phone to not say who you are because he is keeping it from his "sister".


3.He is never at home.


4. You haven't had sex or made out in a month, and he isn't complaining.


5. You find numbers in his wallet.


6. He takes the phone to the bathroom, turns the water on, the fan on and locks the door before he makesa call to his "buddy".


7. He stood you up for the 4th time in two weeks to go watch football.......on a saturday...... at 11:30 at night.


8. He tells you not to let too many of your friends know that you two are a couple.


9. You hear a girls voice when you call, and he tells you he has to go right away.


10. And finally you know your man is a player when he tells you that under no circumstances are you ever to answer his phone, open his door or get his mail!

There are some funny answers so far. But here's a couple indicators of a 'player:'

He won't be straight forward about what he's doing when he's not with you.

He might call you names like "Baby," "Boo," or others as to not confuse your real name withanother girl.

He leaves the room when he gets a phone call. Or he just doesn't answer his phone since it's probably another girl.

Indicators he is not a player:

He'll commit openly to you.

Other's will know he's your man.

i guess if he is a true player, you wouldnt be able to see it. if youre as smart as him though, some of the signs would be that you cant call him after certain hours. he doesnt have a direct number for you, you cant see him on the weekend. you cant call him during certain hours. you dont know his last name, you dont know where he lives, you dont know where he works.

the player type you will know, hopefully, because he is genuine in spending time with you and getting to know you. he isnt afraid of telling you whatever you want to know and answering any questions about his past

If, when he's flirting and talking to you and you're talking to him, face to face, he's constantly looking over your shoulder, scanning the room and checking out "the action", he's probably a player. If he can make eye contact with you while you talk, and really seems interested in what you're saying he's probably not.

I'm sure there are other signs, but for me, that's a big one.

Signs that's he IS a player, he's unavailable alot, his phone rings alot and he just looks at it but doesn't answer. He's aggressive about sex or talks about it frequently. He ignores your calls from time to time or doesn't return your calls in a timely fashion.

He starts to show less interest after you have sex with him.

tacky tatoos on hands or arms.
drives a sports car, or does any "mods" to his car to boost speed or aerodynamics.
Talks on the cell phone all the time.
Wears flashy athletic shoes.

Has a fake smile all the time, or acts like you are best buddies when he hardly knows you.

its very hard ,guys can be the sweetest sometimes and have someone behind your back or he he will have excuses to not be with you certain days. trust your instincs.
if some one tells you things about him,first find out if its true you never know if someone is doing it to break a relationship. be smart and ask guys you know you are players how they do it,with out insulting them have them tell you all the details it could help out.

You can't always get a hold of him even when he is "not busy". Has an excuse/answer for everything. Is really vague on what his feelings are for you. Go with your gut, thats the best way to know.
