Just about anything you eat that contains any amount of carbohydrates will raise blood sugar.

Carbohydrates such as starch, sucrose, glucose, lactose (found in milk), fructose (found in fruit), maltose and many others are all digested to glucose which ends up in our blood. The question is not so much DOES it raise your blood sugar but by how much and for how long.

The more complex (or unrefined) carbohydrates such as those found in fruit, vegetables and nuts take longer to digest and release glucose into the blood at a slower rate so your blood sugar level doesn't get so high but stays slightly raised for a longer period of time. Conversely, refined carbs such as found in bread, sweets and fizzy drinks enter the blood rapidly giving a "spike" of high sugar level which falls off quite quickly. It is these spikes, especially if frequently repeated that contribute to the onset of some forms of diabetes and also cause the laying down of fat (glucose is converted to fat) which result in weight gain and ultimately obesity.

Honey is relatively easily digested so will cause a "spike"; fruit tends to be digested more slowly but that depends to some extent on the type of fruit.

in the case of a diabetic? yes, anything with sugar will raise your blood sugar. Organic honey will defiantly raise your blood sugar probably alot, ive used honey to raise hypoglycemic blood sugar. As far as the fruit, that's probably a better choice, the store bought dried fruits bannanas for example would be a bad choice. But if you dried them yourself might not be so bad you could experiment and see which fruits affect your blood sugar more.

All honey weather organic or not will raise your blood sugar as will dried or fresh fruit. However, even people who are diabetic need to eat a variety of food including fruit.

Honey goes directly into the bloodstream, does not have to be digested. So yes. Also most all fruits whether dried or fresh contain sugar. Some have more than others.

YES!!!!! Honey is practically pure sugar and dried fruit has all the natural sugar of the fruit concentrated into a small package!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Yes. It is sugar and will result in a temporary increase in blood sugar, followed by secretion of insulin, which will bring your blood sugar down again, occassionally lower than it was to begin with.
