I've had a chronic headache for several years now. Some days are worse than others. On the days when it is worse, my vision is also somewhat more blurry than on days when it's not so bad. I feel fatigued almost everyday but I am in good health otherwise. The headaches are not a pain that is regulated to one spot, it is more of a foggy sensation (sort of like a hangover) in the top half of my head. Their is no particular time of the day that is worse or better than others. Any suggestions?

Quite often diet is to blame for these type of headaches (assuming you have been investigated medically). Consult an allergy food expert who can test you and make suggestions to a new dietary regime.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Sounds like a migraine, go to your doctor and tell him or her about your problems, you may need to be on prescription migraine medication. I had debilitating migraines for 3 weeks straight, they kept me from doing anything because it hurt that bad. So, I went to my doctor and he put me on migraine pills called Elavil, but there are others as well. I take one at bedtime and I'm golden all day, and have been for almost 2 years now!

Go to the doctor to be sure what's going on. Maybe it's sth more than just stress or wrong diet and you need a treatment. It's better to know.

Have you ever tried herbal supplements. The properties in these herbs help to decrease tension and anxiety, improve liver function and eliminate toxins, and improve overall health.
