I feel the same way, but for some people it's because they cant fathom how it all happeed, they want to know who made God and who made Gos parents, and so on and so on....I know this cause I used tot think that way...I was scared tha if I didnt believe I would go to hell. But try not to make people feel guilty with a question like this, it can push the farther away, be understanding when sharing your faith, but don't compromise your faith. Try learning about the Apologetics and such to answer questions that Atheists or people of other reliions may have, that can stump many Christians. And be kind because we are all God's children no matter what, and He loves us all no matter what.

I believe that Jesus Christ is a man, honored to the point of being a God. He was a great teacher with wonderful lessons, but I do not believe he is a god. He was a man, nothing more.

Jesus was a liar and a fraud.
Jesus broke practically every single Messianic prophecy, and many Christians claim passages are messianic which were not (Isaiah 53, for example, is not messianic).

Read the FAQ.
Jesus failed:
To rebuild the Third Temple
To end man's ability to sin
To end all war and violence
To inscribe the Torah on every human's heart
To bring all Jews back to Israel
Jesus broke rules against:
Substitutionary atonement
Sacrifice outside the temple
Human sacrifice
Working on the Shabbat
Jesus falsely taught about:
The nature of the Law
The nature of Shabbat
The nature of the Eternal Covenant
The nature of atonement
The nature of sin
The nature of the afterlife
The nature of the Messiah
Jesus blasphemed:
In calling the Eternal Covenant fulfilled
In stating that there was a New Covenant.
In calling himself 'Son of God', a title reserved for annointed Kings of Israel
In teaching of a second coming, which is not scriptural (in fact, the scriptures are clear that HaMosiach will fulfill ALL the prophecies in ONE lifetime, no resurrections or second comings)
*IF* Jesus actually did ANY of the miracles ascribed to him, they were done by Satan, not God.

How can you believe in Jesus Christ? What proof do you have of his existence? And doesn't the bible state he was going to come back for his apostles "in their time". Well, they all died mortal deaths. Jesus taking a nap? I'd say he's 2000 years late. Or just dead.

It's pretty simple, really.
What makes you believe? You read it in a book and people say it's true? Other religions have books that they think are true. What makes yours any different?
Most people want something that corroborates a story. I think there is evidence that Jesus lived but nothing to say he was the son of God except that one book.

I believe in Jesus the Christ as an historical figure, legendary figure, and mythical figure ... but not as a god. It is easy to exclude Jesus from godhood. It's in the bible.

Some cannot because they have never seen unconditional love in action.
Some are confused as to the source of evil in the world, they blame God, and no one defends Him.
Some love darkness more than light and need to fall to the bottom of society before they reach up for help.
Some are indoctrinated in the perversity of false idols.
They all need our prayers, don't they?
God bless you.

Simple. The bible is nothing more then an extended amount of fairy tale stories. It truly is the greatest STORY ever told. All of it is scientifically false. If there was a Jesus, then he was just a man, and a cult leader. Too bad his cult didn't workout and all of his followers didn't die with him.

And what about the other 7 "jesus" figures that existed before him? Why don't you believe in them? Jesus is nothing new.

some people who believe evolution don't. i believe in Jesus. some people don't want to believe because they don't want to think that there's a punishment for our sins. they don't want a higher authority who tells them what to do. they just want to live life and not be a goody-two shoes like they think christians are.
