i don't think u should tell her...then she'll wont to try it....and she is way too young to be kissing....so tell her to ask again in a year or two...

Tell her that at the age of 12, a reputation is much more of an issue to worry about than a kiss. Once the word gets out that she is kissing, the rumors will start flying.
