well you could just hang out with him and flirt a little bit
with out getting too touchy then move in on him and maybe
he will get the point it always works for me

Get someone to introduce you casually --walking with a common friend would be best. Then walk away. Then try smiling and saying hi when you see him. If he reciprocates, you can try having longer and longer conversations with him. After a while, you can drop hints... I hope he is worth it --on the inside! Good luck!

A girl frenched me on stage before. It was improv LOL! She just did it. I'm so proud of myself. I didn't break character LOL!
There were like a hundred people watching too it was great.

Ask them questions about themselves. Everyones favorite topic to talk about is themselves. So yeah do that and also listen to his answers. He'll see that you're interested in him and will appreciate it.
