I'm wanting to make wine from a concentrate or the easiest way I can. Ive researched some web sites but it seems like I will have to buy equipment if I do make my own wine. Is it possible or should I just give up?

Jeez... these people don't read the question. Make it from a kit (available at many supermarkets) which should include instructions. All you really need for your first batch is a container to hold it.
There is lots to learn & lost of stuff you can buy to make it better & easier but just make it & then decide where you can improve.

You need to obviously buy the grapes. Then you need to buy a wine barrels to house the finished product, and a grape grinder, and then you need to let it ferment, I believe is the term. you also need a well ventilated area. My dad makes his in the garage. I would do some research, and maybe try to google WINE MAKING, or MAKING WINE.

im not sure but i had a Belizean friend that gave me some potato wine that she and her boyfriend made it was sooooooooo good. they said they used raw potatoes sugar and water i think, it took about a month, it got me effed up too, kinda snuck up on me
