wish i could find out for myself my dentist says they wouldn't do me any good!It must be because i smoke and love coffee!

Yes, those whitening strips DO work, and if you are willing to pay a little extra, you can get the ones that start showing results in 3 days, not 7. Also, all whitening dental products out there are safe and gentle enough to use in conjunction with other whitening products, so go ahead! Use the mouthwash, toothpaste, and whitening strips, you should be looking great in no time! My personal recommendations are Crest Pro Health's Whitening mouthwash (that stuff rocks, and no burn like Listerine!) and toothpaste, and Crest's WhiteStrips. I would think that would be the absolute best way to get your teeth whiter, sooner. Orbit also makes tooth-whitening gum, it's called Orbit White, good stuff! Use that too along with everything else.
