Honestly not too much. I would suggest if you have not had a full check up recently you should do so to exclude any other treatable cause. Otherwise I would simply suggest be as active as you can. Take what exercise is possible, eat a balanced diet high in fruit and veg and be sure to be no more than your ideal weight if possible. Also it is important to have a positive frame of mind and if there are issues here even at this late stage counselling may be helpful.

After a stroke and feeling tired since five years ago.... this may be an indicator for other health issues such as diabetes and heart disease. Get it checked with your GP.Some blood work can be a start.

Being tired can be caused by so many things, and many of them are treatable. But your doctor would have to ask you more questions and examine you and probably do some testing in order to tell you exactly what is going on and what can be done about it. I hope you feel better soon.

If the fatigue is new, you may be dealing with depression, which is common even years after a stroke. Talk to your doctor.
