Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040
after verifying your identity they can provide a transcript of your return and W2 information. If you have access to a faz machine it can be faxed. or mailed in 7 to 10 days

I think you can go into your local IRS office and obtain all your income print out for 05. It is only Federal though.

irs.gov and it takes up to 2 weeks, so its easy but not really fast.
