Retainers are included in the treatment fee. There is a cost for lost or damaged retainers - I think around $300.00.

RETAINERS ARE BUILT INTO THE COST OF THE OVERALL COST OF THE TREATMENT. THEY ARE NOT A SEPARATE CHARGE AS FAR AS INSURANCE IS CONCERNED. YOU GET RETAINERES AFTER THE ORTHO TREATMENT IS COMPLETED.

I paid $400 for a retainer that would stop me from grinding my teeth in my sleep. That is when i had no dental insurance.
