AWWWW! Poor sad mama! I know it is heart breaking, but bear in mind that you gave these kittens wonderful homes. Usually they do get over it, but sometimes it takes another litter to do that. It can be a vicous cycle! :-(
I would say, as well as what you've already done, you could get her some really special food that she would enjoy, like canned wet food or wet kittie treats. This might help to get her to eat. You could also buy her a new toy or something that might help chear her up. Make sure she knows that she is really really loved (as I'm sure you do). This might help her to be happy, which will help everything to move along. Good luck with it!

I foster cats for a local pet rescue and I had this same situation arise. I had a Momma cat with 4 kittens. The kittens were adopted before she was and when they were gone she reacted the same way. What I did was to remove the linens that was their bed, gave her a new litter box (since the box still had the kittens scent), and gave her several small stuffed animals. I also closed off the room where she and her kittens stayed although this may not be possible for you. This calmed her and she eventually got over it. Since it's not good for cats to go without eating try getting her to eat some tuna, in oil as that has a stronger smell. If she continues to not eat take her to the vet.

My cat did that too, but not as bad as how your cat sounds, sad!
My cat ended up picking up a furry little toy and still to this day, will grab it in her mouth and drag it around the room, crying, like she is looking for her kittens. So maybe try a little furry toy next to her bed, or get her playing with you again. Try just something that can get her mind off of her babies.

Continue to feed, play with, and treat the cat normally. Don't make a fuss over it, because this will tell the cat that something is wrong. After some time, she will resume her normal schedule.
Additionally, get the cat spayed so this problem won't happen again.

I feel sorry for the cat, too! Scrub the area with Lysol or Pine-sol. It probably won't help, but it'll make you feel like you are doing something. Then take the cat to the vet and have her spayed like you should have done in the first place. Otherwise you're doomed to repeat this cruelty every year on the average.

Ohh, poor kitty! :( That could be very traumatic for her, my cat didn't do that though, maybe you should take her to see the vet. If that doesn't help maybe search the net or look at books. Try to give her attention and make her eat. Good luck!

poor mama kitty. maybe get her a stuffed animal thats about the size of her kitties. maybe she just misses cuddling up with them. its really not good that shes not eating. have you tried yummy food (tuna, eggs) or moving her dish near where she is. if nothing changes soon take her to the vet. just to be sure she ok.
