What can I do to get my dog to stop barking?? She gets up everyday at 5:30 AM and I take her outside. Once I see her go pee and poop I take her back in and put her back in her crate and go back to sleep. Sometimes she will go back to sleep, but most of the time she barks and I have to put her somewhere else to get some sleep! (Usually, I put her in the large laundry room with some treats and toys) Even then she still barks and cries!!! How can I get her to realize that as long as I am asleep that she needs to be quiet? And it is not that she is already hungry or anything, because any attemp to feed her before 8:00 AM does not work. She simply does not get it!! How can I make her understand??

maybe you should just wait till 8:00 till let her out, cause thats what i do, and then i feed it right away. just make sure that you let it out before you go to sleep.
or maybe you should wake up at 6 and let it out and keep it out till 8 and then when you wake back up feed it.

Try taking her for a walk when she wakes you up. Just letting her out to releive herself apparently isn't enough. FYI a wise man once asked me "What are you going to sleep your life away?" (my Dad) since that day all I need is 4-6 hours and I'm ready to take on the world.

Stop feeding her after 700 or 800pm so she wont have to get up so early....
