The Sunday before last I met one of the employees that works at the store I work at and we only got to talk for about 3 minutes because a customer had a question. I got to mention to him that Im only at the store on Sundays though.
So yesterday, I was at the store again and he came in about 20 minutes before his shift started and was just walking around the store talking to employees, and he passed me and started talking to me too. Throughout the day he passed me 4 or 5 times and made small talk or joked around with me(he works on the complete opposite side of the store in a different department) and when he went on break, he stopped to talk to me and ask me about the product I sell, instead of going on his break. Then he started talking to me about other stuff and asking questions about me until a friend of his came up to him.
I don't even know if he has a girlfriend, so i'm just wondering if he's really friendly, or if he might be interested in me?

It's possible. But keep things friendly until he indicates that he wants otherwise.

he's not interested in you. by chance he woke up 20 minutes earlier. he talked to you as he talked to his fellow employees beacause it would have looked bad to bypass you. I think you passed him 4 or 5 times that day. He wasn't in the mood for a break. He asked about you as he does about every other employee. Ofcourse he has a girlfriend. He's a good and friendly employee. He's not interested in you. Now is that so hard to figure out?

Could be both.
Some guys have just been raised well to treat all women with respect. That may include greeting them when you see them and making small talk.
But he could be keeping his eye on you cause he's starting to have feelings for you. Don't shut him out yet, and don't flirt too hard either. But don't be dumb and wait for him to make the first move. If it takes too long, just ask him yourself. It's not so bad if the girl makes the first move. Proves she has more confidence than the usual dame!
But, just wait about another week, and if he doesn't go for it, you go for it!
Wish ya the best!

Well it sounds like the guy is interested in you because he works on the other side of the store and he goes to your side just to talk to you oh and he even skipped his break to talk to you so it sounds to me that he is interested in you girly!!!!!!!!!

Umm, let me think.
He came in early, went out of his way a couple of times to be near you. He also blew off his break for you. Hmm. let me think.
No he's not interested. You're probably right, he has a girlfriend. Or, worse yey he's not interested in you at all. Do'nt pusue it, it'll only break you're heart.
Or, better yet. Do'nt ask us. Go ask him.....

Well when someone is interested in you, you know. There'll will be no doubt in your mind. Maybe he is just friendly or maybe he likes you, but you let him come to you. Let him say something if he feels that way.Go about your business until then good luck hon!

He is interested in you. If he starts asking pesonal questions, ask him if he is involved with anyone if he says yes leave him alone because you'll only be looking for trouble.

Stop trying to figure guys out. There is nothing to figure out. Each guy is different based on his personal history, personal philosophy, and life experiences.
