Who the heck said dogs can't fly???? I believe they do it in secret when we are not watching. I am pretty sure they are flying among us and plotting to take over the world!!!!! Hmmm.... does that mean they need a license? What about hazard insurance? Dernit, am I gonna have to get my umbrella policy changed?....uggh this is so stressful.....

Penguins can not fly. They are excellent swimmers. Anyway there are no commercial airlines equipped to take penquins.
They do have cages for dogs. Ergo, dogs CAN fly!!

Penguins don't fly. Thier "wings" are actually flippers making them very good swimmers. Dogs on the other hand (or paw) do not posses either one of these qualities, therefore will never fly unless in an airplane.
