Three months ago I got my first traffic ticket, it was for speeding. I went to court and the judge reduced it to a parking ticket and traffic school. I have until Feb. 25th to complete the traffic school. Yesterday, I got another ticket for an unsafe lane change. I was stupid and I miscalculated how much time I needed to get over to my exit...My mistake and now I have to pay. I would just like to know if anyone has any advice what would be the best way to take care of these two tickets. Should I go to court before I go to traffic school or should I wait until after I've taken care of the first ticket? If I go to court before I go to traffic school do you think I can get the judge to let me go to traffic school for both tickets? I guess I have one more resolution to add to my list...Be a safe driver. I hope I can keep from breaking that one again because it hurts my almost non-existent cash flow, LOL.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Everytime I write a ticket, and that's not THAT often because I'd rather educate the driving public than see them pay hard earned money...I hear every excuse under the sky!

The simplist means of avoiding tickets, by your own admission, is to drive safely and comply with the rules of the road.

Our highways have become death traps from speeders and aggressive drivers who are in such a hurry to beat the rest that I've begun to dislike driving.

Your best bet is to finish traffic school and pay the other tickets so that they don't go before the judge before you see him again!

Best wishes!

Your best bet is to call the city police that gave you the ticket.
They will be honest with you about what is best.
Trust me... i have had my DL revoked for 18 speeding tickets. That was when I was a teenager and knew it all (so I thought).
Now days I rarely get tickets. When i do I contact the number on the back of the ticket. They will help you. Just do not avoid them.
My guess would be to go to court before taking the class. You can also do community service to pay the fine.
They probably won't let you get credit for both tickets in one D.D class.
Good luck.

The illiterate fool who's telling you "you may in case you 'unfastened'" is erroneous. once you combat at cost ticket, you forfeit your the superb option to site visitors college. Now you will get a good choose who will nonetheless make it easier to bypass, yet i would not place self belief in that occurring. remember the possibilities of you triumphing your cost ticket are extraordinarily much nil, so no longer in basic terms will you no longer get to bypass to TS yet you get courtroom expenses extra on your high-quality. additionally remember maximum morons indexed under are in basic terms guessing like that lady with the spelling of a under the impression of alcohol monkey. If the guy writes like a familiar grader, it relatively is in all probability no longer a stable concept to take their suggestion (or in her case, guesses). wish this helps. playstation - the fool under me telling you if the cop would not happen they brush off it is likewise incorrect. remember, ninety 9% of the morons indexed under are passing off undesirable guesses as solutions. I have not have been given any concept what they benefit via guessing at an answer like this.
